Mae is a results-driven recruiter with a passion for connecting top-tier talent with organizations that align with their values and career goals. With over two years of experience in healthcare recruitment, she specializes in placing C-suites, directors, and healthcare providers across diverse hospitals and health systems. She manages the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and cold calling to screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through every step of the hiring journey.

Before transitioning into healthcare recruitment, Mae started her career in human resources, specializing in learning and development (L&D). She played a key role in corporate training, onboarding, and internship programs, as well as designing and facilitating employee orientations, soft skills training, and employee engagement initiatives. Her L&D background sharpened her ability to assess competencies beyond technical skills and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Mae holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is a Registered Psychometrician. She is also a Certified Behavioral Analyst through TTI Success Insights and a Certified Recruitment and Selection Professional (CRSP) through the Cambridge Academy of Professionals, further strengthening her expertise in strategic hiring, competency-based assessments, and talent acquisition best practices.
