John FACHE is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience leading complex health systems, academic medical affiliations, rural healthcare organizations, and medical centers. His extensive experience include strategy, operations and financial management, with a focus on driving organizational growth, strategic planning and operations optimization. John’s expertise spans hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and governmental agencies where he has led large-scale initiatives to improve patient care, financial performance and operational proficiencies.

As an executive healthcare advisor, John assists organizations with strategic planning, growth, and performance improvement. Previously, he served in executive positions including CEO, Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and other roles of independent healthcare systems, national catholic healthcare systems and organizations leading initiatives in healthcare operations improvements, growth and efficiencies.

John holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. With his diverse background in healthcare, John assists organizations to navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable improvements.
