Eastern Plains Healthcare Consortium (EPHC) is a nonprofit collaborative of rural hospitals working together to improve healthcare access, quality, and sustainability across eastern Colorado.

Founded in 2015, EPHC unites member hospitals through shared services, clinical collaboration, workforce development, and advocacy. By leveraging collective strength, EPHC helps ensure rural communities receive high-quality care close to home while supporting the long-term viability of rural healthcare providers.
