Her journey began with a strong academic foundation, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Le Moyne College, Madden School of Business.  Her professional career in finance and accounting initiated with roles in tax and audit, where Andriana gained invaluable experience in financial statement preparation and personal tax returns. Her tenure as a Staff Auditor at Bower’s & Company, CPA, PLLC was particularly notable. Here, Andriana excelled in preparing financial statements for various sectors including non-public, non-profit, pension plan, and banking entities. Her meticulous approach and commitment to accuracy were cornerstones of her success in this role.

In 2019, Andriana ventured into financial advisement and life insurance with New York Life. Her exceptional performance in this capacity was recognized with two Lifetime Achievement awards, underscoring her proficiency in financial planning and client services.

Andriana’s managerial prowess was further showcased during her tenure as the Finance & Accounting Manager at Luck Grove Telecom, Inc.. In this role, she expertly handled a myriad of responsibilities such as bookkeeping, payroll, HR duties, and acted as the CFO. Her capability to manage these diverse functions demonstrated her extensive knowledge and versatility in the field of finance and accounting.

Andriana continues to leverage her vast expertise in finance by leading services in bookkeeping, payroll, entity formation, and general business consulting.
