Laine is an EMS and healthcare program operations professional with experience supporting national training programs, workforce coordination, and organizational operations. In her role as an EMS Associate and FTEP Coordinator, she oversees program coordination, instructor engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure EMS teams are prepared, supported, and effective in the field.
With over three years in recruiting, Laine has managed full-cycle recruitment and worked closely with leaders to identify, assess, and place talent aligned with organizational needs. She is known for her ability to optimize processes, strengthen workflows, and collaborate across teams to improve operational efficiency.
Drawing from her background in psychology, Laine is a licensed Psychometrician who placed 5th nationally and approaches her work with a strong understanding of human behavior, performance, and organizational flow.
