With almost 30 years of clinical and leadership experience, Charles is passionate about delivering quality healthcare accessible to all communities. He has a strong belief in the need of healthcare organizations and communities need to serve the health and wellness needs of their patients.

Chris Engles, a service-disabled navy veteran, has over forty years of military leadership, business experience, numerous leadership positions, and recruiting high quality individuals. Chris retired from the Navy in 2013 after thirty-two years of active service.
Daniel joined H&H Leadership Solutions in September 2024. Dan has over 20 years of experience in healthcare including over 16 years in recruiting and human resources leadership. Dan has a fundamental knowledge of healthcare operations in both rural and large urban facilities nationwide from an executive leadership and clinical perspective.
Alisa Doolan is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in healthcare recruitment, executive assistance, and operations management.
Andriana boasts an impressive career that spans over 16 years. Her career is marked by a strong work ethic, precision in financial management, and an ability to adapt and excel in diverse roles.
Cinthia has spent most of her career assisting high level executives in education, healthcare, and law. In some of her most recent positions, she simultaneously supported multiple high-level executives in a sizable healthcare system and supported the CEO of a recruiting firm.
John Mentgen is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience leading complex health systems, academic medical affiliations, rural healthcare organizations, and medical centers. His extensive experience include strategy, operations and financial management, with a focus on driving organizational growth, strategic planning and operations optimization.
